Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1.5 cups plant-based milk
- 1/2 frozen avocado
- 1 Tbsp chocolate walnut butter
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup

Directions
- In a high powered blender, combine banana, milk, avocado, chocolate walnut butter, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth & creamy. TIP: Add your favorite plant-based protein powder for a delicious meal replacement shake
