Matcha Sunrise Smoothie
Recently, I have been drinking a lot more matcha, so I figured I could just throw it in my morning post-workout shake. I had no idea it would be so delicious, but it tastes great without any added sugar. Hope you also enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tsp Lion's Mane powder
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1.5 frozen bananas
- 2 Tbsp almond butter
- 2 cups plant-based milk
- 2-3 ice cubes

Directions
- Blend all ingredients together until creamy and enjoy!
