- 2 ripe persimmons
- 3 Tbsp Hot Pepper Calabrian Sauce or Harissa (Trader Joe's)
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup liquid amino
- 1 Tbsp cumin
- 1 Tbsp agave
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 small chopped shallot
- salt & pepper to taste

Directions
- Clean, remove skin, and cut persimmons into cubes
- Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Enjoy as a marinade, sauce, or even a dip
