Raw Bac'n Ranch Cheezeburger

Shopping List 

  • lettuce
  • sliced tomato
  • sliced red onion

‍Burger Patty

  • 2 cups soaked walnuts (soak 4-12 hours)
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes (soak 20 minutes)
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 4 dates, pits removed
  • 2 Tbsp coconut amino
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (first, cold-pressed)
  • 1 tsp steak seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp psyllium husk (binder)
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Other Ingredients:

  • Walnut Bac'n Bits - See Sprout Cobb Salad
  • What' the Dilly Ranch - See recipe in Recipe Club
  • Cheezy Sauce - See Raw Cheesy Sauce in Recipe Club

Directions

  • Add walnuts, sun-dried tomatoes, chopped carrots, dates, coconut amino, olive oil, and steak seasoning to a food processor and blend until the mixture has a paste-like texture
  • Add psyllium husk and red pepper flakes. Mix and let sit for 10 minutes
  • Create burger patties (you should get at least 4 small patties)
  • Dehydrate at 110 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 hours. Flip halfway through
  • Build the burgers how you like and enjoy!
