Grand Rising Peanut Butter Protein Shake

This is one of my go-to morning shakes, especially for after a heavy workout.

Shopping List 

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp OR 1 serving black rice OR pea protein powder
  • 1.5 cups plant-based milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vegan creatine powder (optional)

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
