Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp OR 1 serving black rice OR pea protein powder
- 1.5 cups plant-based milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp vegan creatine powder (optional)
