The Perfect Lentils

Ingredients
- 1 cup lentils (organic if possible)
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp olive oil
- to taste salt & pepper
Directions
- Rinse lentils well, then add them to a bowl with water. Soak overnight, then rinse again
- Add lentils to a bowl and combine with vegetable broth, seasoning, and oil
- Add the bowl to a steamer pan where you would normally place vegetables. Cover with a lid and steam for 20 - 30 minutes.
