Kiwi Cucumber Ginger Juice
I recently did a poll and was surprised to find out that most people prefer kiwi over strawberries. So, you know I had to make a delicious Turnip Vegan drink using kiwi! For this one, it helps to have a fine mesh stainless steel strainer to remove the pulp.

Shopping List
Ingredients
- 1 & 1/2 fresh cucumbers
- 2.5 cups water, divided
- 6 fresh kiwi fruits
- 1.5 tsp grated ginger
- 2-3 Tbsp maple syrup (leave out for raw diet)
Directions
- Peel and roughly chop 1 & 1/2 cucumbers (save the other half for a salad or garnish)
- Add cucumbers to a blender with 1.5 cups water. Blend until smooth. Then strain the liquid into a large glass or pitcher. Place to the side
- Peel kiwis then blend with 1 cup water, grated ginger, and maple syrup (leave out for raw diet)
- Strain juice into the large glass or pitcher, to combine with cucumber juice
- Serve juice over ice and enjoy!
