Ingredients
- 1.5 cups quinoa (organic if possible)
- 1 tsp dried chives
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
Directions
- Rinse and drain quinoa well
- Add quinoa to a bowl and combine with chives, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, and coconut milk
- Add the bowl to a steamer pan where you would normally place vegetables. Cover with a lid and steam for 15 - 20 minutes.
