Quinoa Crunch Bar
In my early days of crafting recipes, I often whipped up candy bars to satisfy my sweet cravings. This particular recipe stands out for its simplicity and premium ingredients. If you manage to find some quinoa puff, this is a must-try. And if you're aiming for a milk chocolate texture, a dash of oat milk does the trick.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cacao butter
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup date syrup
- Keep The Vibes Up B12 + Lion's Mane (optional)
- 1/2 cup puffed quinoa
- freeze-dried berries (optional)

Directions
- On low heat, melt cacao butter in a saucepan, ensuring it does not burn
- Once melted, remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the cocoa powder
- Add date syrup and B12 + Lion's Mane, if you like. Mix well
- Place a spoonful of puffed quinoa into each of your chocolate molds. You can also add freeze-dried berries here, if you like
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the mold, covering the puffed quinoa, and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours
- Enjoy your Quinoa Crunch Bar!
