Green Chile and Corn Cheese Dip
This is an easy crockpot recipe for a gathering that can be served with tortilla chips or bread. Feel free to add some extra jalapeños if you like it spicy.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups vegan pepper jack cheese
- 1.5 cups vegan cheddar cheese
- 1 x 8oz pack vegan cream cheese
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk
- 1/2 cup vegan sour cream
- 4 cans yellow corn (fire roasted if preferred)
- 2 cans green chiles
- 1 finely chopped jalapeño
- 1 finely chopped orange OR yellow bell pepper
- 2 tsp cajun seasoning
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Directions
- Chop vegetables and drain canned corn
- Place all ingredients into a crockpot or pot and cook on low until warm throughout
- Serve with tortilla chips or bread and enjoy!
