Creamy Cashew Ranch Dip
I have made numerous variations of Ranch Dip and Ranch Dressing, but this has to be my favorite! If you would like a dressing instead of a dip, try adding a little extra oat milk (or preferred plant-based milk).

Shopping List
Ingredients
- 2 cups raw cashews (soak for 1-2 hours)
- 2 tsp granulated garlic
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/4 cups oat milk (or preferred plant-based milk)
- 2 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
- to taste salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
TIP: You can control the consistency of this dip by increasing or decreasing the amount of plant-based milk **use any unsweetened version that you like**
