Raw vegan version of my Ancho Chile Salsa Cremosa

Shopping List 

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (first, cold-pressed)
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp (small handful) fresh cilantro
  • 1 small chopped jalapeno
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp ancho chile powder
  • salt to taste

Directions

Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy as a dressing, dip, or sauce!
