Shopping List
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (soak 20 minutes)
- 1 cup flax seeds
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup raw or sprouted pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp water
- salt to taste
Directions
- Blend sun-dried tomatoes, flaxseeds nutritional yeast, lemon juice, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Place mixture into a bowl
- Using a spatula, mix in pumpkin seeds and rosemary. Stir in water
- Using the spatula, spread a thin layer of the mixture onto dehydrator sheets or non-stick drying mats. Use a pizza roller to score the crackers into preferred size
- Dehydrate at 110 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 hours. Flip halfway through
- Add a little sea salt on top and enjoy!
