Rose Water Matcha
When I stopped drinking so much coffee, I turned to matcha for a pick-me-up. The rose water ice cubes take this cool matcha drink to another level. You can use any matcha you like and if you have trouble finding rose petals, check Amazon.

Ingredients
- 1 cup dried rose petals
- 4-5 cups water
- matcha
- oat milk
- maple syrup
Directions
- Boil dried rose petals in water for about 30 minutes or until the rose petals turn white
- Strain the rose water into a small pitcher and then pour the liquid into ice cube trays. Freeze overnight
- Mix your favorite matcha with oat milk and maple syrup, to taste. Then add 1-2 cubes of rose water to the glass and enjoy!
TIP: The drink gets better as the ice cubes melt, so be patient
