Shopping List 

  • 1 cup soaked cashews (soak 1-2 hours)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp chives, finely chopped

Directions


  • Add soaked cashews, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder and salt to the blender. Blend until you have an almost smooth mixture. You may need to use a spatula to mix around the cheeze throughout the blending process
  • Mix in chives with spatula
  • Line a small ramekin or cupcake mold (approximately 3oz) with parchment paper. Add cheese mixture to container and use a spatula to press down. Store in the freezer, covered, for 1 hour and then store in the refrigerator until you are ready to enjoy
