Ingredients
kohlrabi*
avocado oil
chili sauce**
salt & pepper to taste
fresh chives, chopped
Directions
- Peel and chop kohlrabi

- Add kohlrabi to the pan and cook until crispy on all sides
- Add chili sauce and salt & pepper to taste. Toss briefly and remove from pan. Serve with chives to garnish
*This recipe also works with potatoes. I suggest soaking the potatoes in ice water for at least 30 minutes before cooking. This helps to remove a bit of starch**I use Cultured Chili Sauce by Alive Ferments for this recipe; however, any store-bought or homemade chili sauce will work. Chili sauce can be found near ketchup at most grocery stores
